LT Watch Gallery do not deal in any replicas, fakes or reproductions. We are independent online watch retailer and not the authorised dealer for any watch brands. Any/all trademarks mentioned here are for descriptive purposes only and are the property of their respective owners and we are not affiliated with them in any way.
2. All pictures are of the actual watches & taken by our in-house photographer. We do not copies from catalogues or other suppliers.
3. There must be Agreed Seller and Agreed Buyer at any and all time of transaction. At the moment, we only deal with customers from Malaysia. Once agreed on the purchase price, customers are given 3 days to make payment. We reserve the right to resell the watch ordered if customers fail to make payment within that stipulated period.
4. All payments due for watches purchased should be bank in accordingly at the exact purchase price plus any delivery charges (if any) into the bank account accordingly as per details provided to the customers upon confirmation of transaction.
5. We require 15% deposit for any holding/reservation of any intended purchase. If the customer subsequently cancelled the order the watch that he/she requested for hold/reserved, deposit will not be refunded. This is to ensure that only genuine and serious customers transact with us.
6. We ship WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PAYMENT and pack these pieces as neat as possible. If a package appears damaged, inspect it in the presence of your carrier and report any damage noted immediately to the carrier. This should not ever be the case as we pack each to be well able to withstand almost any foreseeable mishandling.
7. All brand new watches come with its respective warranty coverage. Thus the watch may be serviced by the manufacturers' authorised service centres nearest to you either locally or overseas.
8. For all pre-owned watches and vintage watches, sales are based on ‘as is’ basis.
Watches displayed are available at the time of posting. Thereafter, sale is subject to first come first serve and strict payment basis.
